Welcome to the Official website of the Elections Bureau. You are probably wondering what this website is. Essentially, we will be providing every student with as much information as possible on the elections with the objective to reach a record voter-turnout.
Many - and I do mean many - of you are wondering why the platforms and the videos are not up. Every single platform shall be put up before the end of the day. We hope to add videos of candidates later this week.
In the mean time, please listen to “The Elections Bureau presents” - a great show with great guests and a great host. Also, Serge Miville is hosting an excellent French language blog. He is certainly leading our iPod Touch contest (for now).
Also, if you are wondering why we chose certain political/sports/cultural figures for our campaign, do not hesitate to browse through the menu on the right. We have a page explaining each choice.
And one final thing: We have had great interest about the iPod Touch contest. If you are interested in winning an iPod Touch and instant celebrity status on this campus, please do not hesitate to contact us. All the relevant information is on the banner.

Dear Elections Bureau,
How can I ask questions to the candidates without speaking to them in person. Is it possible to have a public question and answer board to all the candidates for a specific position?
Sincerely,
(Name is already written)
I would just like to throw a comment out there. I was checking out the designs on the facebook group (palin, chretien, castro etc), and I must say I’m highly impressed. Clever way to go about things…I can’t wait to see those posters scattered across campus.
Dear elections office,
Can you get a link on the sfuo homepage? It seems senseless to me that the SFUO homepage currently says nothing about elections (other than providing nomination forms, or talking about electoral reform, both of which are no longer needed on the site).
PLEASE can someone update the site?!
